1. Acceptance of Terms

By self-registering an account or accessing the Bizgy cloud platform, you acknowledge that you represent a valid organization or commercial entity and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription & Free Evaluation Period

Each new organization workspace is entitled to a 14-day free trial evaluation. Features, user seat counts, and module quotas during the evaluation period are provided subject to platform fair-use policies. Continued access beyond the trial period requires an active subscription tier.

3. Account Responsibility & Security

Workspace administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, configuring appropriate multi-factor authentication (2FA), and establishing appropriate granular role privileges for employees and staff members.

4. Fair Use & Custom Module Requests

Submission of custom module requests or custom specifications constitutes an inquiry for software architecture estimation. Bizgy reserves the right to evaluate, prioritize, or decline custom development requests based on platform feasibility.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is registered.
